Great monthly meeting at the new Pizza restaurant in Scappoose!? Great food, great company and great conversation!? Some really good ideas were discussed in trying to fund raise for our Chapter.? We are also going to host a Show or Ride-A-Test in September for our Chapter.? We are yet trying to utilize the Fairgrounds where our Chapter built the dressage court, but it has been difficult getting the ability to ride in it.? The other option is to host it at BEAT Riding Center with a percentage of the proceeds going to the Therapeutic Center.? It however, would be nice to be able to have a Dressage Show here in Columbia County for a change!
Also passed was the motion to sponsor a class at the ODS League Show.? Thanks to all who supported that show with their rides and volunteering!
We still have Columbia County caps for sale! Taking order for polo shirts with our logo on it also! Call Debbie with your size preference.? One more Dressage pad with our logo is also available for $25.00.? Next meeting will be held in St Helens on July 25th at Tapitio Restaurant, 6:00pm.
